Dave places third in heat

Dave's second race night has been another success!  While the muddy track and the foggy skies made racing challenging, Dave posted his best results yet; coming from the back of the pack to place third and nearly hanging on  to first place in the Australian pursuit race.  The foggy driving conditions, which caused the cancellation of the following feature races, contributed to Dave mixing it up with another driver during the pursuit, causing both of them to spin out. While the other driver's father felt it necessary to punish Dave's rear body fender with his boot, Dave and the Bacon Boys crew kept things cool and professional.  Next week's race is sure to be very interesting.
